It was ok for my 89 lb 10 year old but for anyone over 5 ft even my 150 lb 5 10" daughter had issues sitting comfortably. Sadly I really loved the style look and all else on the chair. For this to work for full grown adult seat needed to be 19.5 or more inches and rest of dimensions proportionally bigger(higher back). Additionally a formed or molded seat that has some conjuring for comfort would have likely been nice. I really wanted to love the chair sadly had to return. Helpful

They are a bit lower then my table so be sure to measure correctly but they will work for us. I’m very happy with the durability, style and how easy they were to put together and especially how cool they look in our home.
