The box it came in did not show what it was as I saw in some pictures so that’s what makes me think the manufacturer may have changed. The box was completely intact no damage at all. The bed is gorgeous and came with all the parts and bolts needed. Received three of one part and only one of another part so I only had one functioning side board. I called Delta Customer Service and they said they don''t mail out replacement sideboards. I asked to speak to a manager, was sent to voicemail and have not received a call back. My wife tried calling hoping to get a different customer service rep. The rep was rude to her and when she asked to speak to a manager they hung up on her. I noticed they had a website so I filled out a trouble ticket and received an automated response saying they would get back to me. After 24 hours, I filled out a different trouble ticket using a different user email and received the same automatic response. Waited another 24 hours, no response. At this point I contacted Amazon and I was able to mail back for a refund. Thank goodness for amazon prime, or I would have been out $200.

Follow up 2 weeks after I mailed the bed back I received the missing piece in the mail. Ummm,, too little too late.

So if you want to take a gamble, go ahead and buy this bed. It may or may not have all the parts and Delta may or may not respond to your issue. I have no plans to purchase another Delta product ever again.

Aside from the parts issue the bed did look pretty cool and I liked the fact that the head, foot, and sideboards were padded.
